Xinhao's employees believe that Xinhao photoelectricity is dedicated to ensuring employees to have a safe workplace and receive respect and equality. We invested large amounts of resources to make the employees to live better including self-improvement training and education. We advocate women's work rights and interests and hire physically disabled employees. We provide an open communication environment between employees and management and encourage employees to collaborate together and create a respectful and harmonious working environment.

Xinhao photoelectricity's employees continue to contribute to the community in different factories. We help people around the community overcome the challenge, such as improving the environment of the nursing home via voluntary activities and actively hiring disabled employees. Xinhao photoelectricity encourages and supports employees to serve the community, including Xinhao photoelectricity’s voluntary activities and school cooperation programs and charity and community programs.
